Stopped by the store and the staff were actually really nice and helpful, which isn’t always what you get these days. Felt like they genuinely wanted to help instead of just brushing me off...

I ordered dog food from Pet Food Express and started getting a little worried when the tracking just wasn’t updating. Since I was running low at home, I reached out to support to see what was going on.

They did get back to me, and the person who responded was kind and helpful, but it took a couple of days. I ended up sending one follow-up message because I wasn’t sure if my first one had been seen.
In the end, the issue got sorted out and my order was taken care of, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. I just wish the response time had been a bit faster, especially when it’s something like pet food that you’re waiting on

I placed an order for curbside pickup and it was ready way faster than I thought it would be. The text updates were easy to follow, and I didn’t have to go inside, which was perfect because my dog was in the car acting like we were on some grand road trip instead of just picking up food.

I parked, called the store, and someone came out with the order within a couple minutes. Super simple, no awkward waiting around, no fuss at all. I love when errands go smoothly, especially on days when I’m already mentally planning dinner, laundry, and whether I remembered to buy coffee.

My order from Pet Food Express showed up packed good. The box had a little wear on one corner, but everything inside was totally fine and nothing was crushed. The bags were sealed up good too. I’d give it 5 stars if the outside box was just a bit sturdier.

I also really like the buy 3, get 1 deals on certain foods because they’ve saved me more than I expected. The site is simple to use, my rewards are easy to find in my account, and everything just does what it’s supposed to. Definitely feels worth it to me.

I stop by Pet Food Express every now and then, but in my experience this particular visit was kind of disappointing. I was hoping to get some guidance on food for my dog’s sensitive stomach, since there are so many options and I didn’t want to just guess.

The staff member I talked to wasn’t rude or anything, but they didn’t seem very confident and mostly just repeated what was on the bag. That might be fine for some people, but I personally left feeling more confused than when I walked in, so I ended up not buying anything.

My dog’s food always seems fresh, i feel good about feeding it to him. No complaints here.

My order showed up wrong, which was obviously not ideal, but the return process was quick. The refund came through fast enough, so I guess that part went smoothly

i mean, Petfoodexpress.com has been fair with their prices, especially compared to a couple of local stores near me. I can get the food my dog needs without feeling like I’m getting ripped off, which I really appreciate.

My dog is super picky, so I’m always relieved when a store actually carries the foods and treats he’ll eat. This place has a really good selection, including a few of his favorite brands. The only downside is that some items I like to buy aren’t always in stock. Overall, I’d still say it’s a solid spot and worth checking out if your dog is particular like mine
